Berney’s handmade hunting breastplate is made from our most premium bridle leather that is hand stitched and bevelled on both sides for a superior finish. The Bib Hunting Breastplate comes with a Bib attachment which means it not only prevents the saddle from slipping back, This attachment applies an extra pressure on the horses mouth when they throw their head up, encouraging them to lower their head. Another benefit of this attachment is that because it keeps the reins at a closer distance from each other horses are unable to turn their head and grab hold of their reins or martingale.There is plenty of room for adjustment on all parts of this beastplate.
